Major Key Responsibilities:
- Team leader is responsible to track the data weekly, biweekly, monthly, biannually and annually through the MHNT data base, 5W-matrix, BHA data base and other formats.
- Responsible to track ITT report, client tracker report and submitted to MEAL and health and nutrition manager.
- Conduct supportive supervision across the mobile health and nutrition teams in collaboration with senior health officer and health and nutrition manager.
- Responsible for all tasks related to the team service delivery.
- Responsible for team plan movement and ensure all service package components of the MHNT are delivered.
- Responsible for all quarterly supplies related issues (In/Out & stock balance) & timely flag of shortage.
- Responsible for vehicle utilization, administrative management including fuel & travels.
- Responsible for the link between the team and the zonal/woreda administrations, WoHo and service recipient community
- Attend necessary meetings within the woreda during emergencies, planning, responding, and monitoring.
- Ensure other team members are doing correct tally, recording, registering, and filling.
- Report drug consumption rate, weekly drug report, surveillance report and 5W report
- Verify, compile, and share complete timely reports to woreda and regional data manger.
- Early communicate any shortfalls (programmatic and administrative issues to SRHB &/or supporting partners)
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- MSc/BSc/ in biostatics/epidemiology/public health.
Experience:
- Minimum work experience, 2 years for BSc Degree holders.
- Basic supervisory/managerial skills with strong inter-personal skills.
- NGO experience is a plus.
Language Required:
- Amharic, and English. Local language Tigrigna is advantageous.
