International Trade Centre SheTrades Consultant Jobs 2023 – South Sudan NGO Jobs. International Trade Centre South Sudan looking for “SheTrades Consultant“. Applicants with a Postgraduate degree may apply on or before 15th April 2023.

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is the only development agency that is fully dedicated to supporting the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This means that the agency enables SMEs in developing and transition economies to become more competitive and connect to international markets for trade and investment, thus raising incomes and creating job opportunities, especially for women, young people, and poor communities.

The International Trade Centre has published a job vacancy announcement on 05th April 2023 for qualified South Sudanese to fill in the vacant post of SheTrades Consultant to be based South Sudan.

Eligibility Criteria

Skills:

• Training and facilitations skills
• Skills and patience in coaching and mentoring slow learners.
• Ability to keep tight deadlines.
• Computer literate in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Experience on project reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate high level of commitment and professionalism.
• Must have excellent networks within relevant Women Business Associations, as well as networks within the fruit and vegetables sector.

Education:

• Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA, PHD or other)
• Advanced degree (MA/MSc or other) in International Economics, International Trade, Development Studies, Social Science or related field.
• Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree.

Experience:

• Project management experience
• Minimum work experience of 5 years related to women’s economic empowerment, gender issues, agricultural value chains or international development.
• Intercultural skills
• Computer literate in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Project reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with report writing experience.
• Experience in data collection and analysis
• Demonstrated experience in achieving value for money and meeting tight deadlines in project implementation.

Language:

• Proficiency in English
