Duties & Responsibilities: The purpose of the Compliance Senior Specialist is to ensure that the program complies with all regulatory requirements and furthermore to work with and support program teams to develop, improve and manage compliance activities to ensure that compliance activities become part of the program culture.

Eligibility Criteria

BComm / Bachelor in Administration / Information management degree or other appropriate 3-year qualification
Completed Post Graduated Studies will be a competitive advantage
At least 5 years’ experience in compliance, data management and reporting
Experience with BBBEE compliance preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English)
Very methodical and strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communications skills in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to work proactively and independently to support the program
Ability to work under pressure and commitment to meet deadlines
Ability to review the work (data captured) of colleagues and to provide feedback in terms of accuracy and quality, even if those people are more senior
Comfort with learning how to work with new software applications
