BMGF Job Vacancy 2023

Job Role: The Deputy Director – Strategy, Planning & Management (Ethiopia and Nigeria) (DDSPM)is responsible for leading strategy development and implementation planning, annual planning and budgeting, ongoing pipeline and portfolio management, measurement, learning and evaluation (MLE), program and business analysis, and the cross-team coordination of the foundations programs in Ethiopia and Nigeria. As a member of the Africa leadership team, the DDSPM, Ethiopia and Nigeria implements their responsibilities through the management of an SPM team based out of BMGF’s country offices in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Abuja, Nigeria. The DDSPM Ethiopia and Nigeria will also work in close partnership with the DDSPM, Africa who is responsible for the foundations regional program in Africa (excluding Ethiopia and Nigeria). The DDSPM, Ethiopia and Nigeria role may be based in either Addis Ababa or Johannesburg and the role reports to the Director, Ethiopia Country Office.
