The CTG has published a job vacancy announcement on 02 May 2024 for qualified Nigeria’s to fill in the vacant post of Senior Project Assistant to be based in Maiduguri, Nigeria.

CTG Job Vacancy 2024

Role objectives:

Assist in the preparation & maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, reports & correspondence with stakeholders.
Organize meetings, workshops & training sessions related to the solar power project, including scheduling, logistics & documentation.
Coordinate the procurement & delivery of materials, equipment & supplies required for solar power system installation and operation.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers & service providers to ensure timely delivery & quality control of project inputs.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy or a related field with four years of relevant professional experience or high school diploma with six years of relevant professional experience.
At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in project management support, with a focus on solar energy projects or renewable energy initiatives.
Demonstrated experience working with energy management support, energy monitoring devices & energy efficient appliances.
Experience working with private sector solar companies & equipment suppliers in Nigeria.
Demonstrated expertise in the installation & operation of solar power systems, particularly hybrid systems.
Strong knowledge of energy policies, regulations & market trends in Nigeria, particularly in the humanitarian sector.
