Your Tasks:

Support for program management in management tasks as well as in control and reporting
Coordination of project monitoring, including climate and gender monitoring for all three project components
Management of the project database in Excel and data collections with surveys or similar programs
Participation in the creation of strategic analyzes, position papers, concepts and reporting in German and English
Support in coordinating studies such as Baseline, mid- and endline surveys and the associated data evaluation and reporting as well as consulting assignments
Cooperation with national partners in monitoring and evaluation ( M&E ) of the project
Knowledge management and processing of learning experiences as well as an appealing presentation of these for communication purposes ( e.g. Video documentation, photos, factsheets and newspaper articles )
