ILRI Ethiopia looking for “Administrative Clerk”.

The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) works for better lives through livestock in developing countries. ILRI is co-hosted by Kenya and Ethiopia, has 14 offices across Asia and Africa, employs some 700 staff and has an annual operating budget of about USD80 million.

The ILRI has published a job vacancy announcement on 29th January, 2024 for qualified Ethiopia’s to fill in the vacant post of Administrative Clerk to be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organization of workshops, trainings, seminars and prepare relevant materials;
Print, photocopy, scan, bind and prepare documents;
Assist in collecting bank deposit slips and giving the required support in compiling documentation;
Assist staff, consultants, and staff of partner institutions by completing preparing advance, Travel Authorization (TAs) and advance settlements;
Assist in processing of advance payments with CIFOR-ICRAF finance and with ILRI in a timely manner;
Maintain filing systems, other databases and retrieve files;
Handle telephone calls and related queries;
Arrange for office equipment and procure office supplies;
Perform any other related duties as may be required.
