The Plan International has published a job vacancy announcement on 27 April 2024 for qualified Nigeria’s to fill in the vacant post of Supply Chain Intern to be based in Abuja, Nigeria.

Plan International Job Vacancy 2024

Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient asset management of Plan owned and donor assets, and to also ensure robust office facility maintenance in the country office Located in Abuja.

Accountabilities:

Support in asset planning, maintenance, operation and disposal
Monthly asset spot check and reporting
Support in the quarterly and annual general asset verification exercise
Ensure any discrepancies, Loss or Damage are duly reported for action
Ensure all asset movement documents like the asset allocation, auction, transfer, and disposal documents are well filed in the shared drive while maintaining hard copies in a file.

Qualification & Experience:

University degree or related qualification in business administration/logistics or supply chain management. Asset and facility-based certifications would be an added advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
One (1) year work experience in any administrative role preferably related to logistics support
