Job Description

Quality and timely corporate, country and project planning and reporting for decision making and risk management

Supports country and project team procurement planning.
Ensures SNV systems and processes are maintained, and users receive quality and timely support.

User-friendly, accessible and improved application of relevant principles

Develops and maintains SNV’s contracting and procurement policy, including templates, guidance and tools for contracting and contract negotiations based on continuous insight into changing (National) laws and regulations, donor and SNV requirements.
Advises policy owners and SNV (senior) management on ensuring the procurement proccesses are embedded within SNV’s wider policy environment.

Qualification:

Master’s degree in public procurement, law or international relations, other relevant field or equivalent by experience.
7+ years of demonstratable and relevant experience.
Strong IT skills including advanced Excel.
A proven track record in international development cooperation (project) contracting and procurement.
Solid knowledge of multiple donor compliance requirements on contacting and procurement.
Well grounded, well-seasoned professional.
