The UNICEF has published a job vacancy announcement on 11th March 2024 for qualified South Sudanese to fill in the vacant post of National Monitoring Consultant to be based in Juba, South Sudan.

Purpose of Activity/Assignment: Goal and Objective: Under the overall guidance of the Chief Planning, Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting of UNICEF South Sudan, the consultant will support the PMER section to set-up quality programme monitoring systems/ tools and data analysis to guide management decisions and adaptive programming.

Eligibility Criteria

First university degree in social sciences, statistics, project management or another relevant technical field.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in planning, monitoring and data analysis is required.
Proficiency in various MS Office applications and data collection and analysis tools.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Relevant experience working for a UN agency is considered an asset.
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
