Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Associate Government Liaison Officer and the overall guidance of the Marshal Plan Secretariat, the incumbent will perform the following substantive duties:

Support communication activities highlighting the work on the development of the Marshal Plan;
Work proactively with the Secretariat to share correspondences and feedback to and from the stakeholders engaged in the development of the Marshal Plan;
Work closely with UNHCR Admin and Supply Units to provide logistical arrangements in support of the Secretariat and other structures engaged in the development of the Marshal Plan;
Attend official meetings, workshops and other events and contribute to the preparation and dissemination of outcome documents.
Assist in creating and developing briefing notes, presentations, infographics and tables on the Marshal Plan;
Assist with content updates for the Marshal Plan to increase visibility of the process and interactions in the social media platforms;

Qualification & Experience:

University Degree in Information Management, Law/International Law, Political Science, Social Science, Development, Economics, International Relations, Journalism, Public Administration, Finance or any other related field.
Knowledge in writing, and editing web and social media content, as well as the ability to generate documents that include; graphs, infographics, and tables.
Writing and editing skills in English, with an ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and simple manner.
Knowledge in event organizing, planning and logistical support to a multi-functional team.
Sound knowledge of computer software including; word processing, PowerPoint, graphic design and excel.
