The Save the Children has published a job vacancy announcement on 28th April 2023 for qualified Ethiopians to fill in the vacant post of HR and Safeguarding Coordinator to be based in Jijiga, Ethiopia.

Save the Children Job Vacancy 2023

Role Purpose: Human Resources and Safeguarding  coordinator is accountable for ensuring quality, efficient and proactive HR and administrative support services within the Field Office as per the standard Save the Children systems, polices, and procedures. In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly. She/he will be responsible to assist programs and the field office to ensure compliance are meet through community awareness, capacity building training, conduct project risk assessment and facilitate on the development & dissemination of friendly materials. She/he will also responsible on assisting to implement safe program activities, establishing local reporting procedures, reporting, data management and share learnings.
