IGCP South Africa looking for “Personal Assistant Associate”.

IGCP was formed in 1991 to address the long-term conservation of the mountain gorilla (Gorilla beringei beringei) and its regional Afromontane Forest habitat in the Virunga Bwindi Landscape. Our aim has been to work together as a single gorilla conservation program in order to expand and consolidate the successes of the Mountain Gorilla Project and other initiatives at a regional level.
The IGCP has published a job vacancy announcement on 26th April 2024 for qualified South Africa’s to fill in the vacant post of Personal Assistant Associate to be based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organising travel administrations (TO’s for flights, car rentals, accommodation)
- Minute taking in stakeholder meetings.
- Reconciling credit card.
- Managing petty cash.
- Keeping records and updating SharePoint.
- Assisting with preparations for meetings and events.
- Assist in organising some meetings and events.
- Coordinate submission of reports.
- Developing slides for CEO.
- Manage and coordinate calendar for the CEO and other senior managers.
- Coordinate fleet for the organisation.
- Any other duties, as assigned by the line manager, in line with the role.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree or Diploma in Administration or Management or Equivalent
- MS Office Package
- Driver’s Licence
