A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen within UNICEF Zimbabwe’s Education Section, for a passionate and committed Education Specialist (Curriculum and Learning) NO-3 level.
Under the guidance and general supervision of the Education Specialist (EDF) P3 level, the Education Specialist (Curriculum & Learning) NO3 supports the development and preparation of the Education (or a sector of) programmes and is responsible for managing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the progress of education programmes/projects including the curriculum and learning component within the country programme.

Qualification:
- An advanced (Masters) university degree in one of the following fields is required: education, economics, psychology, sociology, or another relevant technical field.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in programme planning, management, and/or research in education is required.
- Experience working in a developing country is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language or local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.
